Add option to only show notifications from approved contacts when phone is on "Do not disturb" and Delta Chat is added to allowed apps

Expected behavior

Delta Chat messages from specified allowed contacts will come through when “Do not disturb” is enabled on an Android phone.

Actual behavior

Delta Chat messages from specified allowed contact do not come through when “Do not disturb” is enabled. (Adding Delta Chat to allowed apps under “App notifications” allows all messages from all contacts, rather than the specified contacts.)

Other info

Originally raised this as a bug, but it was closed as not being a bug and “not planned” as a feature. The suggested workaround of muting all conversations other than ones you want when putting your phone on “Do not disturb” isn’t really practical sadly, especially if your phone goes on DND at set times, but you always need to receive messages from >= 1 person.

Instead, something like adding an option within Delta Chat to override “Do not disturb” for selected contacts would be a truly amazing quality of life improvement for people who need to always be able to receive messages from certain contacts, even if their phone is on DND. At most, the app might need to prompt the user to add Delta Chat under allowed apps and take them to that setting for this function to be enabled, and there would just need to be some kind of check for whether DND is enabled or not. If DND is enabled, Delta Chat would only send through notifications for contacts the user has selected. If DND is disabled (not enabled), it would function as it currently does (per user settings for notifications and whether or not the contact is muted).

Definitely shows that there’s a desire for this cross-platforms, at least on Android and iOS mobile devices :pink_heart:
