Hello, I’m a new and simple user of Delta Chat. I am not a techy, so I’m just dreaming and I honestly admit that I’d like someone to do the work for me 
Also naively thinking that my idea could maybe give some orientation.

Is it possible to create a bot, similar to Majordomo, that controls who remains in a group? It’d be cool if there was an Admin bot, controled by one or some users. When some troll or spammer gets in, we would tell AdminBot to bann this user (it would be expelled and, in case it came back, be expelled inmediately).
Maybe when we create a group we should get a question like this:
What kind of group do you want?
- Normal group
- Group with an Admin bot controlled by you
If the second option is selected, the Admin bot could be controlled by the creator. Command examples:
/master (the bot says who its master is/are)
/bann + user (a certain user is expelled and banned)
/addmaster + user (a member of the group gets the ability to controll AdminBot)
/invite (I think this adminbot could do what Majordomo does, too)
/EditJoinQuestion (Lets you prepare some question like the JoinCaptchaBot from Telegram)

When I create a group there can be some kind of control over participants
Actual behavior
Only horizontal groups are possible
