Get notified when your message is quoted

Newest versions of Delta Chat allow replying with a quote. It would be nice to have a way to get notified when your messages are quoted in otherwise muted chats.

Skype has a per-chat setting for this. I think it is easier to make this a global option. It’s unlikely that you want to completely mute some chat and even ignore replies to your messages there, but still don’t want to leave the chat or block it. Maybe even don’t make an option at all and always users when they are quoted.

User Story: I have created a group in Delta Chat and started to chat with some friends. I am able to say something like “@tom: you are right” so it is clear to what friend I am replying to, “tom” is the contact name I have set for my friend but other users see the name they have set for Tom, internally Delta Chat replace “@tom” with Tom’s email so this even work for people that don’t use DC or that don’t have Tom as a contact.
