A resume or topic for groups

Hi guys, new here. I was thinking that was a good option to have a resume or a topic info when you enter to a group. I think this would be a good feature, because won’t be necessary to add a bot to the group to create a topic. And more useful that when you enter to a group, you can see what is the subject of that, and to be able to share it with the info.

Add topic support for groups

Just that, add an option to set the topic of a group, the topic should be show to new added users as a system message when they join the group

Channel description

Expected behavior Channel creators can add a description of their channel. Actual behavior Channel creators cannot add a description of their channel. Explanation I think a channel description, similar to a group description, would make sense. Channel creators could use it to share the purpose of their channel and information about themselves. Furthermore, DC channels would be functionally more similar to Telegram and WhatsApp channels, which have a channel description.
