I use Android and my grandma, who doesn’t know English very well, uses iOS. I surprisingly find that Delta Chat iOS has not a translation switching option - it would be great with that.
It uses the system language, can you set the iOS language to her native language?
By the way what language are we talking about? Is there already a translation for it?

yip, it uses the system language and there is the same set of languages in both, android and ios.
if you want to use a different language in Delta Chat (eg. for trying things out), you can do that as described at Select non-system-language on ios
