Expected behavior

Add an emoji to a message as a reaction
Add a tag (or list of tags) to a message as a reaction

Actual behavior

All we can do is reply

Even Element, Signal, Telegramā€¦ when W.App will implement it, this will be a new standard.
I donā€™t need it but DC must be ready to do this (if possible).

There is already a RFC for it: RFC 9078 - Reaction: Indicating Summary Reaction to a Message
So we just would have to implement that.

Reactions are being developed now:

There is no fixed timeline and the next release will definitely not include sending reactions because we need everyone to support receiving reactions first, but this feature is going to be implemented eventually.
