Messages from broadcast lists are displayed in the normal chat history too.
Actual behavior
Messages from broadcast lists are not displayed in the normal chat history.
Explanation
The broadcast lists are very useful, but unfortunately using them creates “gaps” in the normal chat history. Later, one often no longer know which message the recipient replied to. So one have to search through the list history first. That’s why I think that the messages should be displayed both in the broadcast list and in the normal chat history.
Perhaps it would also make sense to mark the speech bubbles accordingly.
Glad that some get aware of requirement and dangers if getting “unrelated” replys.
It would be even good for the recipient to know that a mail comes on a possible other topic: adding “subject” to the send mail, as it could be likewise dangerous when a mail/message is coming in out of (seen) other context.
My person guesses that the issue would/could be solved if adding “subject” (here name of broadcast list) to the send mail (receiver is then also fair informed that possible a broadcast message), creating even (a) new chat(s) with the individuals.
