Simple background-colour for chats in the Android-version

The desktop-version of Delta Chat includes a wallpaper for chats, that is like the preset wallpaper, but is simply a single colour for the entire background, that does change according to wether the system currently uses a light-theme or a dark-theme.
I like to use that wallpaper in the desktop-version of Delta Chat, because it does not distract me from the messages.
It would be nice if it would be available in the Android-version too.

It is fine to be able to set the default background for all chats, but an option to set custom background to individual chat or group, would help people to avoid posting sensible information in the wrong room, believe me this can happen even to ninjas

Separate wallpaper for each chat.

Expected behavior I can change the wallpaper for each chat separately. Real behavior I can only change the wallpaper for all chats at once.

Cool "hidden" feature in Delta Chat

Hello, I just noticed that DC supports animated backgrounds. All you have to do is select a GIF as wallpaper. Unfortunately, it only works in the desktop version. Is this function actually intended? Anyway, I like it and my chats now appear against the backdrop of a beautiful soothing waterfall. I think it would make sense to enable this function on smartphones as well. I couldn’t find the files on GitHub, but you can easily create the images yourself in a graphics program.

Color for light mode:

R 228
G 221
B 213

Color for dark mode:

R 27
G 35
B 42

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to set a separate image for each mode. For some reason, this doesn’t work in most messaging apps, as far as I know. So the images have to be changed manually.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did that, but with the colour-values from screenshots of the apps, and it works well enough for me. :)
